To design a credible condom pack to appeal to media savy French teenagers while also being discrete and reassuring.
To give the brand a fresh, relaxed feel ee employed the ubiquitous language of emoticons as the key visual element. The playful design approach is intended to appeal strongly to the brand’s target segment, young people. The kiss between the emoticon couple adds an emotional dimension and reinforces the link between effective protection and a trusting, loving relationship. The graphic communication effectively emphasises the idea of a strong emotional attachment, not only between sexual partners, but also between consumers and the brand.
This design received a special mention at the Italian Mediastars Awards 2012.
